Fun with Flamingos

It feels like this dress has been all over the blogosphere lately and under the crack of peer pressure, I ordered it to see what the hype was about. Sure, it's great and the colours are fab but then I stumbled across this flamingo dress and immediately fell in love. After spending the last 6 months in turtlenecks, boots, tights, and layers upon layers, this was such a refreshing fit and colour for my wardrobe. There is a wee cut-out in the back of the dress but if you throw a blazer (or cardi) over it (as shown above) it's completely concealed. Yes, these are the kinds of things I test out in the change room ;) While I no longer work in a conservative work environment, I'm definitely mindful of unexpected client meetings or run-ins.
