Now that the snow has melted and temperatures are
for the most part guaranteed to be above 0, Canadians everywhere are packing up
their boots and pulling out their spring and summer footwear. Sure, we may get
a teensy bit excited a little early in the game but when all you’ve known is
snow and frost for the past 6 months, you’ll take what you can get.
Since it seems like eons ago since we last wore
anything that doesn’t resemble a boot, it may be time for a warm weather
refresh in your closet. Given the winter white movement that so many seemed to
love, I gravitated to these white drivers which will work great with all of the
red, white, blue and cognac accents in my wardrobe.
And what’s any spring getup without the perfect
trench? I love how this navy jacquard style differs from your traditional
trench for spring but still acts as a great neutral item in your wardrobe so it
pairs easily with different patterns, colours and fabrics.
Whether you’re looking to put some spring in your
step or spruce up your outerwear, Johnston & Murphy has some great options for
the new season.
