Wear to Work

I often receive emails on what I'll wear to work in the summer for a day at the office or to client meetings. Layering items can be tricky with the heat and then there's always the fear of revealing too much if you tend to work in a more conservative office scenario. This dress was a recent find that I've become oh-so fond of. I tend to find our office a tad cold in the summer with the AC blasting so I opted for longer sleeves, but if you're looking for something a bit cooler, I'm a fan of this sleeveless version. We shot this look following work, commuting and dinner so there was an awful lot of sitting - hence the wrinkles - but overall, I think it's a great find for around $100. Even better? I can definitely see myself transitioning this item into fall by pairing it with a long cardigan or black moto jacket.

And for the record, the hat was certainly for show ;) Although some days... ok most...I seriously debate opting for hats over styling my hair!
