I’ve partnered with Johnston & Murphy® to create this post! Enjoy!
With rompers, shorts and tanks packed away, it’s time to make room in my closet once more for a personal favourite: layering sweaters for fall. It’s the in between seasons I love where a light jacket and layers are suffice for tackling the day. This two-toned cardigan from Johnston & Murphy is a great wardrobe addition for the cooler temps. Worn open or cinched with a thin belt, I love the colours for fall. It works great with the pastel palette I personally love for the season.
Another reason to get amped for the dip in temps? The footwear. I always get this gust of motivation to wear heels in fall now that we’re out of sandal season and love that I can opt for open backs or peep toes with cropped pants to make the most out of the season. These peep toe booties are a great neutral shade and are a comfortable heel height – perfect for my working ladies who need a great transitional pump that can get them from their 9-5 ;)
Opting for something more casual this season? Adapt the
menswear trend for yourself and pair oxford style flats with fit n’ flare dresses
for a fun, Parisian inspired look that can take you from day to night in style
and blister free!
